Implementation Engineer (Computer Vision)

Location: NY, San Francisco, or remote. hirify.global supports work from home, coworking spaces, and company hubs in New York City, San Francisco, and São Paulo. The role primarily operates during US daytime hours and requires attendance at some synchronous meetings each week. Travel of approximately 25% is expected.

Salary: Target OTE of $150,000–$200,000.

What you will do

• Manage delivery and deployment of customized computer vision solutions for customers.
• Provide post-deployment troubleshooting, debugging, education, onboarding, and adoption support.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions Architects, Product, Engineering, and customers to develop implementation strategies and delivery roadmaps.
• Analyze customer image data to answer business questions and identify computer vision improvement opportunities.
• Create technical content, sample applications, documentation, videos, and reusable implementation artifacts.
• Test and validate product features while improving implementation processes and the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Background in computer science or a related field, with a strong technical generalist and solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience partnering with enterprise customers in post-sales delivery and implementation roles.
• Experience using and writing customized Python Colab notebooks within the machine learning development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with computer vision and data processing frameworks such as OpenCV, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, customer-facing communication, problem-solving, and project management for delivery timelines.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% and work primarily during US daytime hours.

Nice to have

• Experience building projects with hirify.global or contributing to open-source projects.
• Previous experience creating technical demonstrations and customer-facing content.
