Location: Remote from Argentina, collaborating with a distributed US and Canada-based team with reasonable availability during agreed coordination windows.

What you will do

• Define architecture patterns for AI agents, skills, tools, evaluation, memory, and observability.
• Identify high-value workflows for automation and deliver solutions end-to-end with partners across the business.
• Build and maintain production Python and TypeScript services, internal UIs, and SaaS integrations.
• Design PostgreSQL data models supporting safe automation, observability, and AI experimentation.
• Contribute to code reviews and improve testing, documentation, runbooks, and operational practices.
• Provide availability for production support activities during agreed windows when requested.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production software engineering experience.
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript skills with the ability to work across the full stack.
• Experience with React or another frontend framework for internal dashboards.
• Experience designing and operating SaaS integrations at scale, including OAuth, webhooks, rate limits, idempotency, and retries.
• Deep PostgreSQL and SQL skills, plus solid testing practices with tools such as pytest, Jest, or RSpec.
• Comfort with Git, CI/CD, Terraform, and at least one production observability stack such as Datadog or Rollbar.
