Director, Platform & Integration Lead (Fintech)

Location: On-site in Switzerland, with Zurich or Zug preferred.

What you will do

• Lead the architecture and integration of multi-system client platforms connecting banking systems, enterprise infrastructure, and hirify.global technologies.
• Define the platform integration strategy, including APIs, data flows, data models, orchestration, messaging, and interoperability standards.
• Design how APIs, data pipelines, platform services, and AI-enabled capabilities interact within unified institutional platforms.
• Establish reusable integration frameworks and patterns based on industry reference architectures.
• Guide engineering teams on DevOps, CI/CD, deployment environments, integration testing, scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Act as the senior authority for cross-platform dependencies, integration decisions, and system-level trade-offs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in platform architecture, enterprise integration, or large-scale system implementation.
• Proven experience designing and delivering complex multi-system platforms in banking, fintech, or enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in API-first architecture, microservices, event-driven systems, enterprise data platforms, and data integration.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure; AWS is preferred.
• Ability to translate high-level solution architectures into executable platform designs across architecture and engineering teams.
• German or Swiss German and English are required.

Nice to have

• Strong knowledge of Bitcoin and blockchain technologies.
• Experience integrating digital asset infrastructure with traditional banking systems.
• Background in treasury management, corporate finance, or digital asset custody.
• Experience with FIX, OMS, PMS, fund administration, accounting, or market data systems.
• Experience supporting banks, asset managers, institutional clients, or fintech go-to-market teams.
