What you will do

• Work on-site at client locations to support solution delivery activities.
• Gather and document functional and technical requirements through stakeholder engagement.
• Support implementation activities including system configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions meet needs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and document configurations and implementation decisions.
• Conduct user acceptance testing, training, and knowledge transfer activities.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in consulting, implementation, business analysis, or technical support.
• Understanding of financial services business processes (banking, payments, custody).
• Technical aptitude for learning system configurations and understanding basic integrations.
• Experience working with enterprise software or financial systems.
• Languages: German and English required (for Zurich location).
• Must be based in Switzerland (Zurich, Geneva, or Lugano).

Nice to have

• Exposure to blockchain, digital asset, or cryptocurrency technologies.
• Familiarity with core banking platforms or financial applications.
• Basic technical skills in SQL, APIs, or scripting.
• Background in professional services or system integration.
• Knowledge of custody, payments, or treasury operations.
