What you will do

• Own commercial bank relationships across all operational markets within the Instant Payment Network (IPN).
• Screen, approach, negotiate, and onboard new bank counterparties following the market expansion plan.
• Coordinate with AML and Compliance departments to ensure all documentation and KYC requirements are up-to-date.
• Foster transparent communication with bank partners to improve operational efficiency and collaboration.
• Analyze bank operating policies and product offerings to assess their impact on business relationships.
• Monitor and optimize existing bank relationships and transaction flows.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of transactional banking and banking operation policies.
• Proven experience in negotiating and building long-term partnerships with banks.
• Solid understanding of AML and KYC principles.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, international challenger environment.
• English: C1 (Fluent) required.
