Head of Growth (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Mexico City (3-4 days a week in-office)

What you will do

• Represent hirify.global in Mexico and strengthen brand presence through PR and earned media.
• Own the local P&L, driving user growth, revenue, and margin optimization.
• Build and maintain relationships with local partners, brand ambassadors, influencers, and affiliates.
• Execute Above-The-Line (ATL) efforts, including TV, OTT, OOH, and radio to maximize brand reach.
• Collaborate with global performance marketing and creative teams to ensure product localization.
• Hire and lead the local team while building scalable processes for long-term growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in a senior operational role at a high-growth VC-backed tech company.
• Proven experience with P&L ownership.
• Deep understanding of the Mexican market and consumer behavior.
• Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g., BCG, Bain, McKinsey) or investment bank is strongly preferred.
• Track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
