What you will do

• Own product outcomes by identifying and driving the most impactful levers for customers each sprint.
• Build AI-driven capabilities utilizing OCR, document understanding, generation, and agent loops.
• Rapidly ship prototypes and evolve them into production-grade software.
• Collaborate directly with customers to analyze real claims and underwriting workflows to eliminate frictions.
• Elevate codebase quality through consistent reviews, refactoring, and observability.
• Drive engineering standards and internal tool adoption across the team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building complex, customer-facing production systems.
• Proven track record of shipping at least one substantive AI-driven feature using LLMs or agents.
• Strong fundamentals in OO, design patterns, testing, and web security.
• In-depth experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Ability to communicate technical tradeoffs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
