What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers during pre- and post-sales engagements.
• Lead architecture reviews to help customers integrate hirify.global with their existing infrastructure.
• Collaborate with security and engineering teams to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Partner with Sales to support complex enterprise deals through architectural guidance and technical validation.
• Guide customers through onboarding, deployment, and long-term platform adoption.
• Translate customer feedback and requirements into actionable technical insights for Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Infrastructure Architect.
• Strong foundation in cloud infrastructure, networking, and security concepts.
• Proficiency with one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Ability to lead architecture and security discussions with enterprise technical stakeholders.
• High degree of ownership and ability to manage complex, long-running enterprise engagements.
