What you will do

• Define and execute a global influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand goals and key performance indicators.
• Manage and optimize the influencer marketing budget, providing transparent forecasting and ROI reports.
• Establish and enforce best practices for influencer vetting, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance.
• Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team of Influence Marketing Managers.
• Monitor emerging social platforms, content formats, and competitor strategies to maintain a market advantage.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience working specifically within the iGaming industry.
• Deep understanding of marketing metrics including ROI, CPA, CAC, engagement, and conversions.
• Experience managing influencer campaigns across global markets and optimizing budgets.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
