QA Manager (Gamedev)

TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Stockholm or Malmö and work from the office three days a week (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays)

What you will do

• Drive continuous improvement across QA practices, workflows, and collaboration models.
• Champion quality ownership across Engineering, Production, Design, and LiveOps to reduce reactive firefighting.
• Improve operational visibility into quality risks and release readiness through metrics and telemetry.
• Identify systemic bottlenecks and recurring failure patterns to implement long-term solutions.
• Evaluate and modernize QA tooling, test infrastructure, and verification workflows.
• Own people management, including performance, goal-setting, career development, and hiring.

Requirements

• Experience in organizational-level quality improvement and systemic thinking.
• Strong value for observability and transparency over rigid process.
• Ability to navigate complex, adaptive environments.
• Proven track record of improving how cross-functional teams collaborate around quality.
• Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
