Epic Inpatient Orders & ASAP Analyst (Healthcare IT)

Location: Must work from the Medellin, Colombia office (5 days per week) – Strictly Work From Office, no hybrid or remote options

What you will do

• Configure, maintain, and support Epic Inpatient Orders and Epic ASAP applications.
• Gather and document business and clinical requirements from emergency department and inpatient stakeholders.
• Design, build, test, and deploy application enhancements and system changes.
• Support computerized provider order entry (CPOE), order sets, and emergency department workflows.
• Collaborate with other analysts to ensure integration with Willow, Radiant, Beaker, and Ambulatory modules.
• Perform unit, integrated, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• Epic Inpatient Orders and/or Epic ASAP Certification (Mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Epic Inpatient Orders and Epic ASAP.
• Strong understanding of inpatient clinical workflows and emergency department operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in and work from the Medellin, Colombia office full-time.

Nice to have

• Experience in U.S. healthcare environments.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability and Epic implementation methodology.
• Familiarity with clinical decision support, alerts, and workflow optimization.
