What you will do

• Create detailed test plans and well-structured test cases.
• Perform testing across different techniques and levels within the software development lifecycle.
• Manage test cases, defects, and reporting using Jira and Xray.
• Analyze software quality issues and communicate technical findings clearly.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to support reliable banking and financial services solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Professional experience in the banking or finance industry.
• Expertise with Jira and Xray for test management and defect tracking.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, QA methodologies, testing techniques, and test documentation.
• Good English and French proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• ISTQB certification at Foundation Level or higher.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
