What you will do

• Lead the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Manage group consolidation, including intercompany eliminations and reconciliation for complex structures.
• Oversee the end-to-end audit process as the primary point of contact for external auditors.
• Analyze financial results and provide strategic insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams to improve reporting processes and best practices.
• Develop internal controls for digital asset management and revenue recognition.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA) is required.
• 6-8 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including significant experience in financial reporting and audit (Big 4 highly valued).
• Expert knowledge of IFRS, ideally with exposure to digital assets, gaming, or technology sectors.
• Must be based in Hong Kong for on-site work.

• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/accounting systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
