Cloud R Analyst (Azure)

Location: Hybrid role based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

What you will do

• Triage issues across the organization and manage ServiceNow tasks.
• Manage production infrastructure and provide subject-matter-expert support to teams outside IT.
• Support automation for web application deployments.
• Follow escalation paths and service-level agreements to resolve issues effectively.
• Troubleshoot and maintain software applications while investigating complex technical issues.
• Participate in scheduled weekend deployments, upgrades, maintenance, and customer go-lives when required.

Requirements

• Strong technical aptitude in modern IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and database administration concepts.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing technologies, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience creating or maintaining PowerShell scripts and other automation tools.
• Exposure to Kubernetes, containerized environments, and automation technologies.
• Experience with GitHub Actions.
• Exposure to AWS.
