What you will do

• Develop and maintain high-load backend services for the live iGaming platform.
• Design REST APIs and modular services using Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS.
• Optimize PostgreSQL queries, indexes, transactions, and concurrency for production workloads.
• Build and maintain integrations with game providers, payment gateways, and other external services.
• Ensure financial accuracy, idempotency, auditability, and data consistency across transactions.
• Own features through implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, debugging, and incident resolution.

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial backend development experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• 4+ years of production experience with PostgreSQL and relational databases, including query optimization and performance analysis.
• 3+ years of commercial experience with NestJS and strong knowledge of dependency injection, modular architecture, Clean Architecture, and REST APIs.
• Experience with automated, load, and performance testing in high-load production systems.
• Commercial iGaming experience, including online casinos, sports betting, wallets, payment systems, or transaction processing.
• Strong ownership, communication, prioritization, code review, monitoring, logging, and production incident investigation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-powered developer assistants such as Cursor or Claude.
• Experience with Redis, message queues, background jobs, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
