What you will do

• Build and maintain Docker and Kubernetes harnesses for repeatable stress and scale testing across core engineering teams.
• Operate a multi-cloud infrastructure footprint with defined reliability and cost targets.
• Standardize CI/CD workflows and own versioning, hotfixes, pull-request tooling, and the complete release lifecycle.
• Develop unified observability for metrics, traces, and logs using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and ELK.
• Automate performance and chaos testing as release gates to detect regressions before production.
• Manage vulnerability workflows, incident response, audits, postmortems, and related security improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and operating production systems at scale.
• Strong security fundamentals, including threat modeling, vulnerability classes, and security integration into development pipelines.
• Ability to reason about distributed consensus, safety and liveness, fault assumptions, and practical failure modes.
• Experience designing benchmarks, profiling realistic workloads, and identifying performance bottlenecks.
• Production incident-response experience, including pressure triage, clear communication, and implementing durable corrective actions.
• End-to-end systems thinking across monitoring, CI/CD, runtime operations, and chaos testing.

Nice to have

• Blockchain or Web3 infrastructure experience, particularly with consensus, mempool, or storage layers.
• Experience with multi-cloud cost optimization without compromising reliability.
• Experience integrating AI-assisted security tooling into development pipelines.
