What you will do

• Review network incidents and diagnostic datasets to confirm root cause identification and remediation
• Evaluate AI-generated troubleshooting steps and recommendations for technical accuracy and practicality
• Curate realistic problem scenarios and expert-verified training examples for Cisco ecosystem tools
• Author annotated training examples with step-by-step remediation and risk impact analysis
• Use RESTful APIs and GenAI tools to extract and document diagnostic data for model training
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI researchers to refine model development

Requirements

• Senior-level network expertise with CCNP/CCIE certifications
• Deep experience in Cisco routing, switching, and data center environments
• Expert proficiency with Cisco CLI (show, debug, and diagnostic commands)
• Hands-on experience with Meraki, ThousandEyes, Catalyst Center, and Nexus Dashboard
• Strong technical documentation skills for impact assessments and procedures
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) required
