What you will do

• Partner with game leadership to define long-term product roadmaps aligned with commercial targets.
• Drive high-performance Live Operations through continuous optimization of events and offers.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of monetization systems from conceptual design to post-launch analysis.
• Lead hypothesis-driven development using A/B testing and KPI forecasting to inform business decisions.
• Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of analytical excellence.
• Serve as the primary business voice for the product to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management within the gaming industry.
• Strong expertise in Live Ops, monetization strategies, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to lead complex projects and influence cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in KPI forecasting, A/B testing, and deep-dive data analysis.
