What you will do

• Own high-priority revenue and expansion-driving initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Lead the expansion roadmap into new cities, including opportunity sizing and go-to-market strategy.
• Perform advanced data analysis using SQL and dashboards to structure ambiguous business problems.
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with significant business impact.
• Coordinate and influence cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply, and leadership.
• Guide and support peers to raise the analytical and execution bar within the team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business development, operations, strategy, or business/data analysis.
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Looker Studio and Google Sheets.
• Proven track record of leading initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, economics, or management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in delivery, ride-hailing, logistics, or mobility sectors.
• Previous experience in a startup environment.
