Junior Software Engineer - Infrastructure Team (AI): Taking AI-generated applications and prototypes to production while working across modern web frameworks and foundational cloud infrastructure with an accent on deployment, security, and maintaining stable internal products. Focus on bridging non-product teams’ prototypes into fully deployed, validated solutions for real-world daily operations.
Location: Barcelona or Madrid Office (on-site several days a week); remote work supported when it makes sense
Salary: €30,000 per year

builds AI business management software and provides a SaaS platform for HR, Finance, Talent, Operations, and IT.
What you will do
- Turn AI-generated applications and prototypes into production-ready internal products.
- Work with modern web frameworks (Next.js, TypeScript) and backend tools to build and deploy solutions.
- Collaborate with the Infrastructure team as a bridge to support non-product teams.
- Help teams translate ideas into stable, deployed, and validated workflows for daily operations.
- Contribute to systems that integrate LLM features and probabilistic behavior.
Requirements
- Comfort working with non-technical teammates: communicate clearly and translate ideas into technical solutions.
- Ownership mindset: propose improvements and take responsibility for building, deploying, and validating outcomes.
- Team player with strong communication skills and willingness to raise issues early and seek help when needed.
- Ability to work in an office-first setup in Barcelona or Madrid (on-site several days a week).
