TL;DR
Security Engineer (Product Security): Leading threat modeling and security reviews for cloud-native products and production infrastructure with an accent on automation and scalable mitigation strategies. Focus on implementing secure baselines for Kubernetes, driving vulnerability management, and extending detection and response capabilities.
Location: Remote (Must be based in Ireland and have the legal right to work there without visa sponsorship)

What you will do
- Lead threat modeling and security reviews to identify attack surfaces and develop mitigation strategies.
- Build automation and policy-as-code to integrate security into development workflows.
- Design secure baselines for cloud resources and Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
- Manage vulnerability remediation and design preventative controls in software supply chains.
- Develop scalable detection and response solutions to investigate and remediate incidents.
- Partner with engineering and operations teams to deliver secure-by-design solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in security engineering or operations within cloud environments.
- Strong expertise in AWS (equivalent experience in Azure or GCP also considered).
- Proficiency with cloud-native Kubernetes services (EKS/GKE/AKS) and container security.
- Deep knowledge of IAM and cloud identity management at scale.
- Hands-on experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Helm, or Pulumi.
- Must have the legal right to work in Ireland without visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent job experience.
- Experience working with remote, globally distributed teams.
- Experience with CNAPP, CSPM, or CIEM solutions.
