Compensation: $110,000 – $180,000 + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end attribution of Iranian threat-actor entities, including IRGC-QF financing and sanctions-evasion infrastructure.
• Lead the rapid response to Iran-related sanctions events and designations by OFAC or allied authorities.
• Map complex on-chain networks involving regional exchanges, mixers, and no-KYC swaps.
• Produce finished intelligence, including advisory notes and briefings for senior public- and private-sector audiences.
• Design and tune AI-driven automation to scale analysis and identify hard-to-detect illicit patterns.
• Represent the company as a named external expert on Iran-related crypto threats at conferences and in media.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Deep, demonstrable expertise in Iranian geopolitics, the IRGC, and regional illicit-finance systems.
• Proven ability to perform on-chain tracing against Iranian targets or deep threat-finance expertise paired with blockchain-forensics skill.
• Background in national security, intelligence, sanctions, or counter-threat-finance.
• Excellent writing and communication skills for high-level expert briefings.
• 5+ years of relevant experience for Senior hire; 8+ years for Staff hire.

Nice to have

• Farsi or Arabic language proficiency.
• Direct experience with OFAC sanctions or terror-finance designation processes.
• Record of published research or public speaking on Iran or crypto threat finance.
