What you will do
- Use the Patient Management System to manage patient support program operations.
- Coordinate with hospitals, pharmacies, patients, doctors, and private-sector stakeholders to support enrolment and treatment access.
- Conduct visits to patients, healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate patient records and prepare monthly patient-data updates and quarterly quality-assurance summaries.
- Support office operations and contribute to efficient, patient-centric program delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in the hospital or healthcare industry.
- Hands-on experience working with patients.
