Location: Onsite in Tokyo, Japan ( Crimson House)

What you will do
- Analyze operational and system issues faced by merchants through web conferences, phone calls, and on-site visits.
- Propose technical solutions by combining 's features (web screens, CSV, FTP, API) or partner products.
- Support merchants and their development companies to ensure smooth implementation of proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with internal business and development divisions to determine specifications for new features based on merchant feedback.
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to form consensus with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to perform quantitative and qualitative operational analysis to discover and solve problems.
- Foundational knowledge of computer systems.
- Japanese: Fluent (C1) required
- English: Intermediate (B1) required
- Location: Must be based in Tokyo, Japan
Nice to have
- Experience in requirement definition and translating business needs into system specifications.
- Background in system development, operation, or software/service sales.
- Ability to leverage AI to improve operational efficiency.
- Interest in new web services, apps, and emerging technologies.
