A cryptocurrency exchange is building a scalable, compliant, liquidity-driven trading platform for serious traders and emerging markets, with a focus on sustainable growth, retention, monetization, and profitability.

What you will do

• Create original UGC-style video, image, and text content that is funny, entertaining, and shareable.
• Schedule, publish, format, repost, and amplify content across X, Telegram, TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and YouTube.
• Engage and moderate online communities, promote memes, and support KOL, influencer, and creator activity.
• Track post-level performance, engagement trends, and analytics.
• Identify emerging memes, formats, and timing shifts, and flag relevant trends to the content team.
• Coordinate region-specific content localization and campaign delivery with creators and influencers.

Requirements

• Hands-on ability to create UGC-style video, image, or text content.
• Experience managing and publishing social media content across multiple platforms, including X, Telegram, TikTok, Reddit, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Strong familiarity with meme culture and internet-native posting styles.
• Experience with content scheduling tools, platform formatting, community engagement, and moderation.
• Basic knowledge of platform analytics and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with AI tools for image, video, or text generation.

• Background or regional awareness in the CIS region.
• Crypto experience.
