UIUX Designer (Web3/Fintech)

What you will do

• Design complete user experiences, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align designs with business requirements and user needs.
• Maintain and improve design systems to ensure visual and functional consistency across all digital products.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and product performance insights.
• Leverage AI-powered tools like Midjourney, Figma AI, ChatGPT, or Claude to accelerate ideation and optimize workflows.
• Document UX/UI specifications and communicate design decisions to cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design with a strong portfolio.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design platforms.
• Experience designing for Web3, fintech, or other technology-driven industries.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
• Ability to translate complex user needs into effective design solutions.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of frontend development concepts and the design-to-development handoff process.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and creative automation tools.
