What you will do

• Lead and mentor a large, distributed team of Video Data Contributors and quality auditors.
• Oversee the physical hirify.global Lab and manage office-based team members using wearable camera setups.
• Partner with Recruiting and People Ops to drive high-volume participant acquisition and seamless onboarding.
• Lead the quality assurance process, auditing footage for usability and updating training guidelines.
• Manage complex tiered compensation structures and ensure accurate monthly payments via Deel.
• Ensure strict adherence to data privacy and compliance guidelines.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Operations Management, specifically leading distributed or gig workforces.
• Technical proficiency in managing and troubleshooting multi-camera hardware for data integrity.
• Experience managing teams across both the Philippines and the US markets.
• Analytical mindset to identify failures in recruitment filters or training based on data quality.
• Must be located in or able to work in Manila, Philippines for the eventual transition to the office.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI Data Labeling or Computer Vision data collection.
• Background in hardware logistics (shipping and inventory).
• Experience in BPO Management or Marketplace Operations (e.g., Uber, DoorDash).
