Software Engineer Intern (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own and deliver a scoped software engineering project end-to-end over a 12-week period.
• Develop simple and scalable solutions using a modern stack including Kotlin, Kafka, Kubernetes, and React.
• Apply LLM-powered tools for research, prototyping, debugging, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with mentors and managers to learn best-practice software engineering and pragmatism.
• Participate in a structured induction and present your work during a Project Showcase.

Requirements

• Must be a penultimate or final year student of a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Computing and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) fundamentals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to use AI tools thoughtfully, critically, and effectively in an engineering context.
• Passion for problem-solving and a desire to grow as a technologist.
