Senior Product Manager (Compliance)

Location: Taiwan, Taipei / Full-time Onsite or Remote

What you will do

• Design and develop a platform providing world-class compliance tools and services that meet regulatory requirements.
• Review business requirements and create Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) to ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and internal stakeholders from Compliance and Customer Service to prioritize high-value features.
• Track and analyze key metrics to identify issues and drive continuous product improvements.
• Refine workflow designs to ensure the system is intuitive and operationally efficient.
• Coordinate product implementation with Regional and Global Heads.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in tech, fintech, finance, or blockchain.
• Hands-on experience with compliance processes such as AML and Transaction Monitoring.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver scalable solutions in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in product lifecycle management, preferably within an agile framework.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and logical thinking skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working across diverse global teams.
