Quality Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Implement quality control measures on the production floor.
• Manage PIP complaints and resolve quality issues reported in the system.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Conduct proactive inspections, risk hunting, and product/process audits.
• Collaborate with NPI, Field Service, Sustaining Engineering, and Test Engineering teams.
• Support multiple factories across Malaysia, Thailand, and the US (15-30% travel).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Process, Fabrication, Design, or Quality.
• 5-8 years of experience with Electromechanical Assembly, Sheetmetal, and Machining.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be local to the position location; no relocation or visa sponsorship available.

Nice to have

• Experience with quality control tools such as FMEA and SPC.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with quality control or statistical software.
