What you will do

• Define and deliver a best-in-class project controls strategy and governance standards aligned to organisational goals.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, cost management, and procurement across the data centre division.
• Implement data-driven frameworks to monitor cost, schedule, and productivity performance.
• Lead portfolio risk management, including mitigation and reporting strategies for executive stakeholders.
• Drive digital transformation by championing the use of automation and analytics in project controls.
• Build and lead a high-performing, internationally distributed team of project controls specialists.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in project controls, programme management, or major capital projects.
• Proven leadership experience in complex construction environments such as data centres, pharma, or infrastructure.
• Expertise in planning, cost control, risk management, and reporting systems.
• Strong understanding of regional construction markets and regulatory environments.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
