Product Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for specific product lines, making explicit trade-offs and documenting rationales.
• Execute continuous customer discovery through interviews, transcript analysis, and prototyping to identify real pain points.
• Partner with Product Engineers to define the minimum-lovable version of features and establish clear success metrics.
• Manage the full GTM process, including value propositions, pricing, release notes, and in-app copy.
• Drive and measure product adoption, ensuring that shipped features solve actual customer problems.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of experience in product roles or as a company founder.
• Must be based in Sydney to collaborate closely with in-office Product Engineers.
• Proven ability to independently discover insights through user research and data analysis.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Technical literacy sufficient to discuss architectural trade-offs and delivery estimations with engineers.
• Comfort with quantitative analysis, including pulling your own queries and analyzing funnels.

• Experience in construction, field services, payroll, or ERP systems.
