Sr AI Operations Manager (Media): Overseeing the implementation of AI capabilities within Global Media Operations to reduce manual touchpoints and increase productivity with an accent on operational workflows and automation. Focus on defining AI strategy, building reference architectures for content supply chains, and leading the end-to-end delivery of scalable AI solutions.
Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Stamford, CT, USA (minimum 4 days per week in office)
Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 yearly

What you will do
- Identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities by defining problem statements and quantifying business value.
- Define the AI strategy and next-generation content supply chain by building reference architectures and defining agents.
- Lead teams of knowledge workers to create workflows, skills, and agents within approved platforms.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery and operational rollout of AI solutions, including SOP development and user training.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to ensure secure and scalable integration aligned with governance standards.
- Manage external vendor relationships to stay current on evolving AI capabilities.
Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant experience in media, delivering complex operational or automation projects.
- 2+ years of experience owning a portfolio of initiatives and prioritizing work based on business impact.
- Background in television, film, or digital media distribution is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a media-related field preferred.
- Strong proficiency in workflow documentation, technical analysis, and product roadmapping.
- Excellent executive communication skills to translate complex initiatives into business value.
Nice to have
- Experience with tools such as Lucidchart, Airtable, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to effectively translate operational requirements for technical audiences.
- Flexibility to work occasional off-hours to support 24x7 operations.
