What you will do

• Support market insights and portfolio monitoring to track the success of commercial strategies.
• Design, build, and maintain sales dashboards and reporting for Record Credits and ING Mortgages.
• Perform in-depth analysis on customer data using advanced analytical techniques.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through visualization and tailored storytelling.
• Design and execute campaign targeting to achieve commercial objectives and optimize performance.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Power BI or Cognos.
• Experience tracking digital sales KPIs and familiarity with funnel analytics.
• Experience with customer segmentation and personalization.
• Proven business acumen connecting data insights with commercial objectives.
• Experience working within agile product teams.
• English: Fluent (C1) required

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
• Personal interest in the local and European lending markets.
