What you will do
- Build a pipeline of product-focused technical talent to meet company growth priorities.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) by updating candidate information and scheduling interviews.
- Facilitate initial recruiter phone screens and maintain an outstanding candidate experience.
- Foster relationships with diverse technical talent communities.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of technical sourcing experience in high-volume search firm or in-house environments.
- Knowledge of coding languages, frameworks, and general technical tools.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
