Senior Program Manager (Haircare)

Salary: $93,800 - $145,000 USD

What you will do

• Drive interaction between cross-functional stakeholders (mechanical, software, marketing, supply chain) to ensure successful product releases.
• Own product performance KPIs, cost, and timeline from ideation through mass production and commercialization.
• Utilize data and metrics to drive decision-making across cross-functional teams.
• Identify program risks and develop mitigation or contingency plans to keep programs on track.
• Serve as the General Manager for all New Product Development activities for the assigned product line.
• Channel global information to local teams and act as a conduit to support the business.

Requirements

• 7+ years of direct program management experience, preferably within the Consumer Goods industry.
• Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Jira, and Visio.
• Proven track record of managing multiple high-visibility, technical, and cross-functional projects simultaneously.
• Strong executive presentation skills and ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
• Must be located in Needham, MA, United States.

Nice to have

• Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.
