Epic OpTime & Anesthesia Analyst (Healthcare IT)

Location: Strictly Work From Office in Medellin, Colombia – No Work From Home / No Hybrid

What you will do

• Configure, maintain, and support Epic OpTime and Anesthesia applications.
• Gather and analyze business and clinical requirements from perioperative and anesthesia stakeholders.
• Design, build, test, validate, and deploy Epic OpTime and Anesthesia enhancements.
• Support operating room scheduling, surgical workflows, and anesthesia documentation.
• Provide L2 & L3 production support and troubleshoot complex application issues.
• Perform unit testing, integrated testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system upgrades.

Requirements

• Epic OpTime Certification (Mandatory)
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Epic OpTime and Anesthesia modules.
• Strong understanding of perioperative services and anesthesia documentation.
• Experience in Epic build, configuration, and implementation.
• Strictly based in Medellin, Colombia; must work from office 5 days a week
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Epic Anesthesia Certification.
• Experience in U.S. healthcare environments.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability and Epic implementation methodology.
