Epic Beaker (LAB) Manager IT (Medtech)

Location: Hybrid (Pennsylvania, US). Must be based in Pennsylvania.

What you will do

• Manage application software development and IT project plans for the Epic Beaker (LAB) system.
• Lead and coach a high-performance work team, including performance reviews and professional development plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements, assess impacts, and recommend technical solutions.
• Oversee departmental budgeting, fiscal responsibilities, and long-term planning.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulations such as SOX and PHPLC.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure successful delivery of IT results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
• Must be based in Pennsylvania (PA).
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
• 5+ years of experience planning and implementing capabilities within the relevant IT discipline.
• 3+ years of experience developing and presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or MIS.
• Experience in budget administration and strategic planning.
• Demonstrated competency in managing resources across multiple concurrent projects.
