What you will do

• Process and fulfill pet medication orders using automated pre-sorting and packaging machinery.
• Coordinate with veterinarian prescribers to retrieve prescription refills.
• Maintain pharmacy cleanliness and ensure strict compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
• Manage order transitions through workflow stages from initial dispense to quality control.
• Execute packing and shipping tasks, including printing and affixing accurate labels.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure medication accuracy in pouches.

Requirements

• Willingness and ability to obtain a Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy Registered Technician Trainee License
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of experience working with computer and web-based tools
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for an 8-hour shift
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
