What you will do

• Own KYC and onboarding mobile flows from signup through identity verification and level upgrades.
• Define React Native architecture patterns, standards, and consistency for the Registration Squad.
• Integrate and maintain identity provider SDKs (e.g., Incode, Jumio), including version upgrades and incident response.
• Write clean, well-tested React Native and iOS code while championing engineering best practices.
• Proactively monitor, debug, and resolve production issues using root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and backend engineers to translate regulatory requirements into mobile solutions.

Requirements

• Proven track record of shipping production mobile apps at scale using React Native and native iOS.
• Experience integrating third-party SDKs (biometric or identity verification) in regulated environments.
• Ability to design testable, maintainable, and resilient mobile architectures.
• Comfortable working with REST APIs, async flows, and mobile-backend state interaction.
• English: B2+ proficiency (written and spoken) for technical communication with peers and leadership.
• Must be based in Latin America, USA, or Gibraltar to align with provided health and life insurance coverage.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with KYC/AML flows and providers like Incode, Jumio, or IDWall.
• Experience building onboarding funnels for regulated financial products.
