Salary: $119,600 – $201,100 annually (location-dependent)

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end analytical and machine learning solutions.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to frame business problems into testable hypotheses and success metrics.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and models using modern ML tooling.
• Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Apply experimentation practices like A/B testing to measure impact and guide model iteration.
• Contribute to governance standards for data quality and the responsible use of AI.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, CS, Statistics, Math, or Engineering).
• 5+ years of professional experience in data science, advanced analytics, or machine learning.
• Proven experience implementing end-to-end ML solutions from data preparation to operationalization.
• Experience working with large datasets and modern cloud-based data ecosystems.
• Strong collaboration skills for working with cross-functional partners.
