What you will do

• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and design Epic configurations that align with operational goals.
• Configure records, master files, and security classes while maintaining environment parity.
• Develop and execute unit, integrated, and UAT test plans to ensure system integrity.
• Collaborate with interface teams on HL7 and FHIR exchange workflows.
• Manage end-user training requests and maintain curriculum documentation.
• Provide go-live support and resolve incidents according to established SLAs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in system/application analysis or IT support (healthcare environment preferred).
• Demonstrated experience with Epic applications and healthcare workflows.
• Strong understanding of ITIL, SDLC, and project methodologies (Waterfall/Agile).
• Ability to work on-site in Columbus, OH as part of a hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

• Current Epic Certification or Proficiency in HB, PB, Cadence, or related modules.
• Epic Principal Trainer certification.
• Experience with Clarity/Caboodle reporting and data analytics tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
