Production Artist (Graphic Design): Reviewing and preparing production-ready artwork for custom apparel with an accent on technical accuracy and print feasibility. Location: Remote (Philippines)
Salary: Monthly from $600 + $80 night shift allowance

New York-based custom apparel startup supporting student-led apparel businesses across the US.
What you will do
- Review and revise mock-ups to ensure they match client requests and high-quality production standards.
- Prepare and optimize print-ready production files using Adobe Illustrator.
- Identify and resolve technical production issues regarding placement, sizing, and feasibility before printing.
- Collaborate with sales teams and Campus Managers via email to clarify artwork requirements and revisions.
- Maintain a high daily ticket volume while balancing speed and precision.
- Integrate AI-assisted workflows to improve overall accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Philippines.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
- Experience with vector graphics and a basic understanding of garment decoration methods.
- Ability to work 7 AM to 5 PM EST during the training phase.
- Stable internet and power connection with a computer capable of handling design workloads.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools and workflows.
