What you will do

• Lead the creative development and execution of long-form and short-form animated projects across television, streaming, and digital platforms.
• Drive compelling story development in collaboration with writers, producers, showrunners, and creative talent.
• Provide editorial feedback throughout all stages of production, including pitches, scripts, visual development, and final edits.
• Partner cross-functionally with Franchise, Consumer Products, Marketing, and Digital teams to align content with business objectives.
• Identify emerging creative talent and innovative content formats to support future franchise growth.
• Manage multiple concurrent productions while maintaining creative excellence and brand consistency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in animation, television, streaming, or digital content development and production.
• Strong understanding of storytelling fundamentals (character development, pacing, comedy) for Adult and Four-Quad animation.
• Proven ability to lead creative discussions and provide constructive feedback to influence outcomes.
• Experience working with franchise-driven or brand-based entertainment properties.
• Deep knowledge of animation production pipelines from concept through final delivery.
• Must be based in El Segundo, California.
