Overview
The CRM Manager will lead CRM initiatives, drive campaigns, and optimize the customer lifecycle, focusing on revenue growth through CRM channels.
What you will do
- Design and implement CRM strategies to enhance direct sales and improve subscription lifecycle stages.
- Manage projects focused on hypothesis testing and A/B tests using Bloomreach.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including content creation and template development.
- Support the development and optimization of CRM tools, including Bloomreach and CDPs.
- Implement automation strategies to enhance CRM efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs and analyze data from A/B experiments to inform decision-making.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in CRM marketing.
- Familiarity with push notifications, in-app alerts, and inbox messages.
- Experience in building trigger chains and segmenting databases.
- Experience working with CDP (preferably Bloomreach).
- Experience in testing hypotheses or managing projects.
- English language proficiency of upper intermediate level or higher
