Location: Must be based in the USA (Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Portland, San Francisco, or Seattle). Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $287,000 - $325,000 USD

What you will do

• Architect and drive a strategy to eliminate silos, reduce technical debt, and centralize technical operations.
• Implement the "Customer Zero" reliability model to ensure internal systems meet rigorous stability and monitoring standards.
• Lead organization-wide compliance efforts, specifically scaling and sustaining FedRAMP/IL4 requirements for internal tooling.
• Drive resource allocation and cost optimization strategies to impact EBITDA margins and Rule of 40 goals.
• Manage and develop high-performing teams, mentoring Directors and fostering cross-functional accountability.

Requirements

• 15+ years of enterprise IT experience.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing multiple levels of management.
• Deep ability to map technical work to business outcomes and navigate complex organizational structures.
• Proven experience in breaking down silos and driving execution through ambiguity.
• Strong strategic vision and change management skills to disrupt and rebuild systems.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the US; no visa sponsorship provided.
