What you will do

• Guide strategic customers through the full lifecycle of Databricks on Azure platform administration.
• Architect secure, scalable enterprise deployments satisfying complex Azure networking and security compliance standards.
• Support Solutions Architects during complex technical sales cycles by building custom proof-of-concept architectures.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Azure infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, cloud networking, and identity management.
• Expand platform adoption by delivering tutorials, speaking at conferences, and contributing to the open-source community.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including cloud security and enterprise data platform design.
• 2+ years of professional experience with distributed architectures and big data technologies like Apache Spark or Kafka.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with Python, Java, or Scala.
• Ability to travel up to 30% as needed.
