Fashion Marketing Account Director (Marketing/AI): Managing a portfolio of fashion and apparel accounts by diagnosing growth constraints and executing data-driven marketing strategies with an accent on creative performance and cohort retention. What you will do
- Own a portfolio of 4–6 fashion and apparel accounts, driving strategy and performance.
- Run quarterly Power Circuit reviews to diagnose growth constraints across business, product, and channels.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including paid search, social, influencer, SEO, and creative.
- Consult on customer retention strategies, including LTV, repeat purchase rates, and loyalty mechanics.
- Manage client renewals, expansion, and MRR growth while maintaining high NPS.
- Coach and provide direct feedback to analysts and specialists.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in fashion or apparel marketing (agency or brand side).
- Deep understanding of DTC economics (CAC, LTV, margin by channel).
- Experience with Meta-heavy media mixes and incrementality testing.
- Fluent in the influencer and UGC ecosystem.
- Proven track record of retaining and growing client accounts.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
