What you will do

• Manage daily community engagement and maintain brand tone of voice across social platforms.
• Produce, capture, and edit native short-form content including Reels, TikToks, and Shorts.
• Monitor social conversations and trends to identify reactive opportunities for the brand.
• Collaborate closely with the Regional Social Media Hub in Madrid.
• Iterate quickly on content ideas to ensure relevance in a fast-moving digital environment.

Requirements

• Native-level Portuguese speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional fluency in English or Spanish for collaboration with the regional hub.
• Proven experience in community management, video editing, or content creation.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Reddit.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
• Must be based in Portugal and able to work from the office four days a week.
