Product Designer (Logistics)

Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL

Salary: $112,000–$168,000 USD

What you will do

• Design end-to-end experiences for AI agents, including dashboards, exception queues, and configuration interfaces.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to translate complex logistics workflows into clear design solutions.
• Create interfaces for both LSP operators and developers embedding the platform into their own products.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system and interaction patterns.
• Conduct user research and testing to validate design directions with real operators.
• Prototype rapidly to test agent interaction patterns before engineering implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in product design or UX, preferably in B2B SaaS or complex domains.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Proven track record of partnering directly with engineering to ship technical products.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to work across distributed teams and time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or freight brokerage.
• Experience designing for AI-driven, agentic, or automation-heavy products.
